so I work a weird shift where I go into work at around 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon and then I get off around 11:00 or 12:00.
I'm a member of a 24-hour fitness and the nice thing about it is if I go in the early morning around 1:00 a.m. there's nobody there so I have the whole gym to myself...
I'm looking at a variety of products sold by animal brand
They have pre workouts, protein powders and amino acids
which one would be best for someone who's desperate to gain some muscle mass
this never happened before and it's freaking me out.
My joints are cracking
It seems to happen with my elbows especially when I am doing upper body workouts. I was doing pull-ups and arm curls and I was hearing them crack. Do I need a supplement to fix this?
