I’m looking to use tb500 for my bad shoulder. I injured it hanging a ceiling fan about a month ago and it hasn’t healed up. I’m sure lifting weights doesn’t help either. Do you think 2-4mgs a day is good? Or should I run 1mg a day instead? And what else should I use with it?
