I'm interested in getting some support supplements. I'm off cycle. How much would you recommend I get? What's a good support supplement? Do you think tudca and milk thistle will work well or should I run something else?

If you had to choose between tudca and milk thistle which one would you choose? My main objective is to help my liver and my kidneys as well I’ve had several Cycles where I have noticed some high liver and kidney values and I would like to get that back to normal
