    Steroids Moderate dosage of Masteron for hardening effects

    50 years old, 5 ft 7, and 85 kg. Looking to polish my physique and harden it up. I would like to have a beach body. I have visible abs but they are not very hard; they're very soft. Do you think that 600 mg a week of Masteron would be good enough or should I run something else?
