    Steroids how to shred on anavar?

    37 years old. 5’10’’ and Currently 205lbs and I have a bit of extra wheels around my stomach. Need your advice on using anavar 50mgs a day to help trim up. What would you recommend I run alongside it or should I run it solo for 8 weeks?
