I'm looking to use anavar and I'm curious how much I should run if I want to cut down going forward.
I'm 202 lbs. and 5'7". I'm about 20% body fat.
Do you think 50 mg a day would work for me? Or should I look at maybe switching to 25 mg a day? I'm 38 years old.
