Like with any steroid, you can't just take it and get the results you want. It takes time to build up in your system. Also you have to have your diet and training on point. We don't know what that is.
I would do the superdrol between 10 and 20 milligrams a day I swear when I've tried to use it at 30 milligrams the side effects get really tough I've even tried using it 40 milligrams and it gets even tougher
