Bodyweight has been up and down recently. I had positive comments about my physique 'looking more muscular' recently. I was as low (for me) as 318lbs. I'm 322lbs this Monday (23st or 146lbs). That's still down from where I was late 2024 sitting at 327lbs for months. And zero changes to the diet...
