Check in today: 235. Bumping to 2mg of reta shut my gut downnn. I havent had a good poop in like 3 days or so. Check in photos definitely look tighter but im guessing weight isnt moving because of being backed up. Added some stool softener and dropping reta down to 1.5 to let my body adjust.

Feeling a little weak today, not sure if its because of the sharp decrease in carbs or just being tired after working this weekend… either way back to work tonight for an extra. Rocking and rolling with USP gear. Will probably pull some hormonal labs here soon to checkl levels and make sure were starting this prep off right. Thankfully good labs makes it cheap and i think ive got a frew 20%’s stacked up from referrals. l

Im already fucking starving and we’re not even that deep lolol im in trouble. Im dropping the EQ and upping the Primo. Will let the EQ clear out for a couple weeks and then crank up primo and probably add mast. Will double check with coach before any major changes. Also thinking about trying 10 iu a day again but i will be too sad if i outgrow another jordan collection LOL

The scale doesnt seem to be moving well even after getting the bowels moving again, but I can easily see that I am tighter. So we will keep the hammer down over the weekend and hope coach doesnt drop too much food again this week. If he does I will definitely have to go back to wearing a continuous glucose monitor.

Cardio Make up day. Fridays are just a weird day and it's hard to fit everything in. So I'm doing cardio on Saturday, which is a low day. I'm gonna be starving tonight at work… such is the path we walk.

Will probably try and pull a hormone panel in the weeks to come… but i just made changes with dropping EQ so will let everything level out first. Just wanna see where I stand before we really turn up the heat.
