Slept in a little extra today, which felt good. My sleep the last three nights has been outstanding.

Finishing cooking/Meal prepping for my work week (fri-sun) and then it will be time to take a nap and then go to work.

@Neuro Bros, this is a hell of a workout session. Your training split is one that builds champions. I like that you're hitting it six times a week. That is a tough week of training, but you're training your body into an absolute beast.

First and foremost I want to say thank you to USP for bringing me on the team, and giving me this opportunity.



Situation
Currently headed to NPC Texas nationals with my girlfriend for her show, then taking a little vacation after that, and thenn it will be back on the grind with prep starting in January for My first show in May. Coach has food and gear pulled back for a few weeks to give things a little rest. Will pull labs after vacation before we push again.



Background
I’m 36, been using gear since my late 20’s. ICU Nurse, night shift weekends, so my sleep schedule is all over the place. The majority of that time I used “low doses” 400mg test + 350 primo style “cycles”. I took about a year off from training in 2023-2024 and it brought back my passion for training. Nov 2024 I hired a coach and I’ve been with him for a year. I cut down hard right before we started together stopped the cut at 220lbs, in the last year we pushed up to 264,

And have come back down to 245 currently during this pull back.

Work was pretty chill last night, and I actually slept pretty well today. I was able to eat all my meals no problem. Appetite has been good even on 1 mg of reta. Plan is to keep food low a couple more weeks then we will see what coach says.

Today is my Arms and chest day. Always fun to get a good pump before work. Setting a show date has really taken my focus to a different level, which is frustrating because I feel like I should have been in this headspace all along and I'm second guessing whether I could have done better or done more in the last year…. HOWEVER, I can't go back. The best time to plant a tree was yesterday, the next best time is today. So we’re locked in and focused on the road ahead.

I dont like to jump Vials when im in the Middle of one. So I finished the Test i was using, and switched to USP 3 days ago. wanted to give enough time to feel any PIP or soreness or swelling etc..

This is some SMOOOOOOOTH gear. ZERO Pip in the quad, VG, or lat. Super easy to draw up, zero difficulty pushing it in. overall a 10/10. I cant wait to get the ball rolling once labs are in and report back on their other products.

Woke Up to possible evacuation for wildfire about 10 min from the house so got a late start on running errands and going to the gym. Thankfully they contained the fire and we did not have to evacuate. So to the gym and grocery store we went!

Sleep the past week has been really really good, makes me wonder if the higher macros I was on for the last several months was really causing some inflammation or I should have been timing them differently.

Training has also felt amazing since the decrease, Pumps feel good, I feel strong.. Maybe that's because of the better sleep. OR MAYBE ITS JUST USP GEAR!!

Stayed up too late last night watching Tv, I just wasn’t tired at a reasonable time. It happens sometimes on nightshift. Oh well. Labs are scheduled for the morning.
