I've got enough BPC to last me a while, but I'm looking to run it for 12 weeks. I think I have enough to run it pretty high. What is the maximum dosage that I can do it at? Should I go 1mg a day or should I do 1mg every other day? I'm trying to heal up my shoulder and my knees.
