If you're a beginner, I'd advice against a 500mg/week pin. You should run a 7 week cycle with 200mg/wk (wk 1-2), 300mg/wk (wk 3-5), and 350mg/wk (wk 6-7).
For a first-time cycle you can expect about 20 pounds of lean mass and about 30–50 lbs of strength gains on compound lifts...
