#3. DB Lying Leg Curls - 45 secs
#4. Lunge Pulse (RS) - 45 secs
#5. Lunge Pulse (LS) - 45 secs
#6. Jumping Lunges - 45 secs
#7. Glute Kickbacks (RS) - 45 secs
