    Training Heavy weight training strategy

    I wanted to run this heavy training strategy by you and see what you thought for my legs Its gonna be: 5 sets squat. 1 plate first set, 2 plates 2nd set. And then 3 plates 5 sets deadlift. Same setup as above Lunges, circle around gym with 45lb bar Then 5 sets calves
