#2. DBGoblet Squats - 30 secs

#3. DB Right RDL - 30 secs

#4. DB Left RDL - 30 secs

#5. Right Glute Kickback - 30 secs

#6. Left Glute Kickback - 30 secs

#7. Wall Sit - 30 secs

#8. Calf Raise Squats - 30 secs
